YASHI SHARMA

Yashi joined Vakils Associated as an Associate in 2024 and has been working in areas of Civil & Commercial Litigation, Title Due Diligence, Regulatory & Labour Compliance Audits, and Family Settlements & inheritance for HNI’s and corporate litigation. She appears before the High Court of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh as also various courts in Telangana, including the City Civil Courts at Hyderabad and Secunderabad, District Courts at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy, Kukatpally Courts, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunal and Arbitration Tribunals.

She has a varied experience, drafting skills and is adept in handling complex matters requiring analytical proficiency. She is well versed in dealing with clients and assists the Partners in comprehensive research, complex drafting for arguments, briefing senior counsel in high stake litigations, and is engaged in preparing pleadings, opinions, suits, constitutional matters, applications for commercial disputes before Commercial and Civil courts and also Consumer cases and Arbitration. Her approach is simple yet solution oriented for achieving efficient results for clients. 

Driven by a deep interest in law, Yashi graduated from Osmania University and has internship experiences under the guidance of Senior Advocates A. Venkatesh and Rachna Reddy whereat she was involved in several tasks, including Legal Research, Due Diligence, preparation of Legal Notices, Agreements and Contracts. She started her career as a Legal Associate at Samat & Associates and developed keen interest and gained experience in drafting, filing, negotiating and appearing in Civil matters.
