Kanuru Shanmukha Sumanth

Kanuru Shanmukha Sumanth is a graduate from the School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, in B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) with a focused interest in Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and Corporate Litigation, with exposure to Tax and Property related matters.

He has interned with leading advocates and law offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada, contributing to legal research, drafting, and documentation in litigation matters before civil forums, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. His exposure also includes work in public infrastructure and political consultancy.

Sumanth has authored and presented papers on Sedition Law, Employment Security, and Legal Aid, and his research has been recognized at various national conferences. He has participated in alternative dispute resolution competitions and holds a Company Secretary Foundation qualification with additional certifications in securities markets and policy.

With a practical foundation in litigation and dispute resolution, he aims to build his practice in commercial and corporate litigation, supporting clients in navigating high-stakes legal conflicts with strategic clarity.
