RITUKA MANE

Rituka joined Vakils Associated as an Associate in 2023 and has been working in areas of Labour Litigation, Corporate Due Diligence, Regulatory & Labour Compliance Audits, and Family Settlements & Inheritance for HNI’s. She also assists the Partners of the Firm in legal research, preparation for arguments in high stake litigation, and is engaged in drafting of pleadings for Labour & Employment matters, drafting of Opinions, Consumer matters, Civil matters, Appearances before the City Civil Courts, Labour Courts & the Industrial Tribunal at Hyderabad.

She has graduated from IFIM Law School, Bangalore in 2023 and started her career as a Trainee with Sr. Adv. Vikram Pooserla at CV Law Chambers whereat she assisted the office in matters relating to Insolvency & Bankruptcy, White Collar Crimes and Medical Negligence. During her stint as a law student, she has interned across various law firms, senior advocates and companies assisting in matters relating to Intellectual Property, Arbitration & Conciliation, Family matters, and Corporate law.

Rituka previously worked as Content Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist for Start-up Hyderabad & Alpine Code. During this professional engagement she developed a keen interest in understanding and studying the marketing and management trends spearheaded by young entrepreneurs across various sectors and intends to leverage this interest by focusing on providing legal support and strategy to Companies and Startups.
