Rajvinder holds a Master’s degree in Law with distinction, with a specialization in jurisprudence. A formidable litigator, he brings a rare blend of courtroom tenacity and strategic foresight to every matter. He is known for his adeptness at both trial advocacy and dispute resolution, seamlessly navigating litigation and negotiation with equal effectiveness.

Rajvinder has extensive experience handling high-stakes and high-profile disputes spanning the civil, criminal, constitutional, commercial, regulatory, and administrative spectrum.

His core practice lies in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), where he has consistently delivered results across domestic and international forums.

A seasoned counsel, Rajvinder regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and multiple High Courts across jurisdictions including Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, Rajasthan, Calcutta, Allahabad, and Hyderabad (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh).He has led complex matters before arbitral tribunals, both institutional and ad-hoc, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign awards. He has also successfully collaborated with and briefed some of the eminent senior advocates in high-stake matters.As a Partner at the firm, Rajvinder brings to the table a rich and diverse litigation and advisory practice, spanning constitutional and administrative law, complex commercial and civil disputes, arbitration (domestic and international) including enforcement of awards, and strategic regulatory advisory. 

His expertise extends across critical sectors such as infrastructure, IT, RTI, energy, telecom, mining, environment, banking, insurance, and competition law. He regularly advises on high-stakes matters involving fraud investigations, white-collar offences, and defamation, while also handling intricate issues under surrogacy laws, Hindu and Muslim personal laws, testamentary and property disputes. Rajvinder is equally adept in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, labour and employment litigation, matrimonial conflicts, and rent and eviction cases, making him a formidable legal strategist with a comprehensive grasp of both litigation and advisory work.

Rajvinder began his legal career with M/s K. Ranganathan & Associates, Hyderabad (1998–2004), followed by a stint at New Delhi Law Offices (Litigation) in New Delhi. Upon the firm’s merger with Udwadia & Udeshi in 2005, he continued as a Senior Associate. He has been a founding partner at Vakils Associated since its inception. His academic foundation, coupled with two decades of rigorous courtroom practice, equips him to approach legal challenges with depth, clarity, and a results-oriented mindset.
