MONAGARI GEETHA

Geetha started her practice at Vakils Associated by assisting Partners of the Firm in legal research, preparation for arguments in high stake litigation, drafting of pleadings for consumer matters, matrimonial cases, recovery suits, including Writs Petitions, Revisions and Quash Petitions & labour litigations. She actively assists in matters pertaining to corporate due diligence and regulatory & labour compliance audits.

Her area of practice includes matters relating to civil and commercial litigation and she regularly appears before the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad & Secunderabad, District Courts at Ranga Reddy, Malkajgiri Courts, Criminal Courts at Nampally, Consumer Commission, Labour Courts and other District Courts in the State of Telangana.

She graduated in law from Osmania University in the year 2020 and has been with the Firm since her internships.
