K VIJAY RAVITEJA

Raviteja is an Advocate with experience in both civil and criminal litigation. He regularly appears before various courts across Telangana, including the City Civil Courts at Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the District Courts at Malkajgiri and Ranga Reddy, the Kukatpally Courts, the Criminal Courts at Nampally and the High Court of Telangana.

Raviteja graduated from Osmania University and was enrolled with the Bar Council of India in 2022. He trained under the guidance of Mr. K. Srinivasa Rao, an advocate empanelled with several government organizations, including TGIIC, IRCTC, SCR, HAL and BIS, before entering the legal profession, he worked as a Software Quality Analyst in Bengaluru. His experience in the technology sector inspired him to pursue law and develop an interest in the intersection of technology and legal compliance.

In his professional practice, Raviteja is actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and filing a wide range of legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, legal notices, written statements, legal briefs, appeals, petitions, and contractual documents. His line of trajectory covers a diverse range of matters, including land & revenue disputes, matrimonial disputes, motor vehicle accident claims, negotiable instrument cases and criminal proceedings. He works closely with clients, legal teams, and fellow attorneys to ensure effective case management, timely progress of matters, and strategic coordination throughout the litigation process. He is committed to consistently advancing and effectively presenting his clients’ cases through thorough preparation, detailed legal analysis, and persistent advocacy aimed at securing the best possible outcomes.
