Santosh has vast experience in real estate matters with a focus on title investigation and due diligence for properties located in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He is well versed in dealing with transactions for corporates and individuals and independently   handles client issues for transfer of assets, business arrangements, real estate documentation, assisting clients in registration processes for documentation in the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. His corporate work includes secretarial services to companies, regulatory compliances, comprehensive legal due diligence for corporate investments encompassing labour and other legislation, registration of trademarks before Trademark Registry, Chennai as also establishment of LLP and Trusts. His hands on experience in dealing with land and real estate is advantageous to clients looking at investments in real estate and he provides holistic advice on such ventures. Santosh has experience in company incorporation, drafting and vetting of complex documentation for joint ventures, contracts, real estate agreements, mergers & acquisition and related agreements. He has been a key negotiator for complex transactions for multinational companies in the real estate sector.

Besides his main focus of real estate, he is involved with diverse transactions, contracts & agreements where he has worked along with Partners of the Firm in regular corporate secretarial assistance to a renowned IT / ITES companies, providing advises on preparation of Board and shareholders documentation, regular company due  diligence, providing assistance for securing regulatory approvals and general corporate advisory work, to domestic and international clients on diverse aspects of business law, contracts, labour and employment issues.
