JANAKI MANDALA

Janaki is a litigation lawyer and has been appearing before various courts including High Court, the State of Telangana, City Civil Courts of Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy, Criminal Courts at Nampally and other District Courts. She also attends District Consumer Commissions and other Tribunals in the course of her practice.

She assists the Partners in matters of civil, criminal, arbitrations and corporate litigation cases including recovery cases, motor vehicle accident claims, defamation, cheque bounce cases, inheritance, partition & family law, real estate laws, copy rights & trademarks violations and Cyber laws. She actively assists the Partner in conducting of trials before various courts, drafting of pleadings for suits, constitutional matters, appeals, revisions and quash petitions filed before High Courts.

Her interest in legal matters impelled her to study law and she enrolled with the Bar Council of India in the year 2018.

Janaki holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Rights from Osmania University and joined Vakils Associated in 2019 as an Associate.
