Saroj is a well-respected litigator having practice of well over three decades before the High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, with special focus on the Company Court and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), City Civil Courts, State Commission, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Customs Excise Service Tax Authorities, Urban Land Ceiling Authority, Labour Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Consumer Fora, Industrial Disputes Tribunal and Quasi-Judicial Authorities including Human Rights Commission, Collector of Land Acquisition, Commissioner of Labour and other Revenue Authorities.

Saroj has vast experience in conducting litigation independently and in conjunction with Senior Counsels engaged in high stake matters. She closely interacts and advises clients of the Firm, especially their senior management. She has been representing a vast spectrum of leading corporates, amongst prominent IT/ ITES companies, pharmaceuticals, automobile, infrastructure, advertising, public sector undertakings, individuals & Government Departments.

Her experience includes Civil, Company and Service matters with focus on winding up litigation, economic offences, Merger & De-merger of Companies, Writ Petitions, Public Interest Litigation, Tax, Banking and Industrial matters, cases relating to Weights & Measures, Drugs & Cosmetic Act. She has conducted Domestic Enquiries and numerous Arbitration cases. She was appointed as Chairperson by the High Court of the then Andhra Pradesh to convene the meetings of the Shareholders in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation.
