E. KRISHNA MANOHAR

Krishna’s practice is focused primarily in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Company & Commercial litigation, Constitutional issues, Banking & Finance in addition to regular civil and criminal litigation. His practice includes drafting pleadings, drafting opinions for companies and individuals, regular Court appearances before various courts including the High Courts of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), various City Civil Courts of Hyderabad, Secunderabad & Ranga Reddy District Court, Criminal Courts at Nampally, Debt Recovery Tribunal and various Commissions & Tribunals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He assists the Partners in various matters of litigation and in contract documentation and corporate due diligence with focus on labour law compliances.

He graduated from Jindal Global Law School in 2017 and started practice with the offices of Advocate C. Raghu, where he gained experience in a variety of Civil and Criminal litigation before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad. He brings a practical and focused approach for clients in practice and is skilled at preparation of cases, drafting pleading in Writ Petitions, Civil Revision Petitions, Quash Petitions, Company matters, Arbitrations as well as Tax Appeals.

He joined as an Associate at Vakils Associated  in 2019.
