T. ANAND SUBRAMANIAM

Anand is an experienced legal professional with a diversified practice spanning litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory matters. Since joining Vakils Associated as an Associate in 2010, he has developed significant expertise in civil, commercial, constitutional, and regulatory disputes, while also advising on contractual, labour, and general corporate matters.

His litigation practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial disputes, with appearances before the Supreme Court of India and independent conduct of matters before the High

Court for the State of Telangana, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Criminal Courts, City Civil Courts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy District Courts, Consumer Fora, the Enforcement Directorate, the Information Commission, and various quasi-judicial authorities. He also regularly collaborates with Senior Counsel in matters before the Supreme Court and the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Anand has substantial experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings across sectors including infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and automobiles. He has appeared before eminent arbitral tribunals comprising former Chief Justices of India and former Judges of the Supreme Court and various High Courts.
