Kajal has vast experience in general litigation with appearances before High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) different Benches across India, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), City Civil Courts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy District Court, Criminal Court, District Consumer Fora, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), AP Pollution & Control Board and Tax & Customs Authorities. She has done numerous arbitration matters.

Her areas of expertise are in the realm of Civil Disputes, Arbitration cases, Company laws, civil laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Consumer law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RDDBFI Act, 1993, SARFAESI Act, 2002 etc.

Kajal independently handles various client related issues and works as the team lead in company matters; deals with civil litigation including suits for specific performance, money recovery, partition & family matters, motor accident claims, customs related litigation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Debt Recovery cases.

She has assisted the Partners in complex legal opinions to clients of the Firm. Her research skills, handling procedural aspects in various courts, organizational traits, regular interaction with clients and preparation is a strength in litigation matters. Kajal is a good strategist and provides good insight in cases.

She has briefed various Senior Counsels for matters before the High Court of Telangana and for appearances before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the National Company Law Tribunal.

Kajal worked as an associate advocate with M/s Devender Pershad Jaiswal, Advocates & Associates, Hyderabad (2003 – 2008). She joined Udwadia Udeshi & Co in 2008 and has been part of Vakils Associated since inception.
