RAYUDU VYDEHI

Rayudu Vydehi is a committed legal professional with a strong academic foundation and focused specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws. She completed her LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University and holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Her academic training has provided her with a sound understanding of corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulatory frameworks and dispute resolution. She also holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, which has further strengthened her analytical ability and structured approach to legal problem-solving. She has qualified UGC-NET (Ph.D.), reflecting her continued commitment to academic excellence and advanced legal scholarship.

To strengthen her practical exposure, Vydehi has interned with reputed legal institutions and practitioners, including the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Ministry of External Affairs, Advocate Aishwarya Bhati, Additional Solicitor General of India, Advocate Peri Prabhakar at Telangana High Court and Advocate Prateek Gupta at Delhi High Court. Through these experiences, she gained valuable exposure to arbitration proceedings, case file analysis, legal research, drafting of case notes and legal opinions, consular compliance, and courtroom observation. She also worked on legal issues relating to the Navy Act, labour law compliances, contract law, and procedural law, which deepened her understanding of both litigation and advisory practice.

Vydehi joined Vakils Associated as an Associate in 2025 and has since been working on labour litigation, corporate due diligence, regulatory and labour compliance audits, and preparation of testamentary documentation. She also assists the Managing Partner of the Firm in POSH related and other complex matters, providing legal research and preparation for arguments in litigation, and is actively involved in drafting pleadings for labour and employment matters, opinions and civil matters. In addition, she regularly appears before the City Civil Courts, Labour Courts and High Court at Hyderabad.
