S. Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar joined Vakils Associated in 2025 as an Associate, bringing with him litigation experience in both civil and criminal practice. Vinay commenced his legal career in the chambers of P.V. Krishnamachary, where he gained valuable courtroom exposure by appearing before the High Court and various Trial Courts. During this period, he developed particular proficiency in revenue litigation and acquired substantial experience in handling contentious matters across multiple forums.

At Vakils Associated, Vinay handles diverse range of civil and criminal matters. He regularly appears before the City Civil Courts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Criminal Court – Hyderabad, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), District Courts of Medchal Malkajgiri and Rangareddy Districts and other District Courts. Vinay works closely with the firm’s partners to provide support in complex legal research and drafting of pleadings.

Driven by a deep passion for the legal profession, Vinay completed his law degree from Osmania University and subsequently pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In addition to his legal qualifications, Vinay also holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Nizam College.
