NARASIMHA SIDDHA PRANAV GANTI

Pranav is an Associate at Vakils Associated, having joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on Labour Litigation, Corporate Due Diligence, Regulatory and Labour Compliance Audits, and Family Settlements & Inheritance matters. A graduate of ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad (Class of 2024) with dual honours in Business Laws and Intellectual Property Rights, Pranav began his legal career under the mentorship of Senior Advocate K. Srinivasa Murthy in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. There, he was actively involved in litigation concerning property disputes, matrimonial matters, consumer cases, and proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act. During his law school tenure, Pranav completed internships with reputed law firms such as Uday Shankar Associates (Bangalore) and corporates like RAIN Industries Ltd. (Hyderabad) and ELECON Engineering Co. Ltd. (Gujarat). These experiences deepened his expertise in Intellectual Property, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Arbitration & Conciliation, and Real Estate.
