Kajal has experience in general litigation with appearance before High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, City Civil Courts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy District Court, Criminal Court, Consumer Fora and Tax & Customs Authorities. She is also involved in numerous arbitration proceedings.

She  handles work both independently and  as part of the team    in  various  litigations including writs, company petitions, suits for specific performance, money recovery, partition and family  matters,  motor  accident  claims,  customs  matter,  negotiable instruments  matters,  industrial  dispute  matters,  general  civil litigation and has assisted in rendering complex legal opinions to Firm’s clients .

Kajal worked as an associate advocate with M/s Devender Pershad Jaiswal, Advocates & Associates, Hyderabad (2003 - 2008). She joined Udwadia Udeshi & Co in 2008 and has been part of Vakils Associated since inception.
