Anand is an articulate and focused professional with hands-on experience in drafting pleadings in civil, criminal and arbitration cases. He has also been working on non-litigation matters involving labour and general corporate advisory work, including presentations for legal training of corporates.
His practice emphasizes on litigation - civil & commercial and regular appearances before the Supreme Court of India, independently acts in cases before High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Criminal Courts, City Civil Courts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy District Court, Consumer Fora in Hyderabad, Enforcement Directorate, Information Commission and other quasi judicial authorities. Anand closely works with Senior Counsels for cases before the Supreme Court of India and High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
